Issam Zineh is Director of the Office of Clinical Pharmacology at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He is an experienced clinician and researcher formerly on the faculty of the University of Florida. He received his Pharm.D. from Northeastern University, his M.P.H. from the University of Florida, and completed post-doctoral training at Duke University and the University of Florida. He is a recognized expert in the fields of clinical pharmacology, precision medicine, and drug development. 

Dr. Zineh has authored over 140 biomedical research articles and publications on public health policy, drug development, and regulatory science in some of the most prestigious medical and research journals. His articles have been cited nearly 6,000 times.
